[Product delivery]
Products ordered using domestic delivery companies will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
We will ship within 3 business days after placing your order. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and year-end and New Year holidays)

[Return/Exchange]
We will only accept returns or exchanges if we receive a different type or number of products than what you ordered. However, all of the following conditions must be met.
