“FILL THE BILL is like nothing!”
This is a phrase that I have written many times in the #hangtag caption.
And I'll be muttering the same words again about this uniquely designed blouson.
At first glance, it looks like a classic outdoor outerwear such as a fishing jacket or hunting jacket.
Or rather, it looks like some kind of vintage clothing.
The metal fittings on the zipper pulls also appear to be rusted.
And zippers on the shoulders.
What on earth is it for? I thought as I gingerly pulled it out...
In an unexpected twist, the sleeves come off and become a vest.
It is wasteful to think, “Is it necessary?”
With this as a design and a FILL THE BILL characteristic, it's all about having fun wearing it.
